A factory which we built on the basis of our own design. From the beginning to the end. We carried out all Investor’s affairs, including administrative issues, taking time-consuming bureaucracy of the Investor’s shoulders. The building was settled under very difficult ground conditions without resorting to piling – a considerable achievement. We utilized replacement, inexpensive solutions to settle the building, which resulted in significant reduction of investment costs. Total time to completion, including the design stage, was 7.5 months. Today, Trefl can boast modern headquarters with an interesting façade and outstanding design.
